Silent Prayer
Let us pray, they say and so I hear one pray yet all others are in silence as animals who know not to pray. Did I not hear let US pray? And if they (being plural) pray in silence, should not the Maker of man hear and answer in silence? So, you see....silence produces silence. When they say let us pray....when shall they all pray? I have yet to see! My friend, true prayer is from the heart which is never silent, formed with thoughts, words, passions, appreciation and love that overwhelms the mind and the soul yet the prayer can not be uttered because it is heart to heart as two lovers who intimately embrace with which words will never suffice from the lips to be heard. So it is with the love of God in prayer that love embraces to form a union that can never be broken one for the other. Let us pray as we ought! Perhaps than the answers shall come as a flood which can never be mistaken and God's work will be manifest and so it shall be individually as the Maker supplies for each and all. Pray, my friend, pray, yet love must be the motive for so it is meant that faith works by love....yet only by love!
